    I create “Custom Name” field for product.

    Later, I change “Custom Name” field to “CUSTOM NAME” field but my export plugin not found it.

    I try to use add custom field for “CUSTOM NAME” field when i export but it’s not work.
    Export plugin found only “Custom Name”.
    Anyway for solve this solution?

    ps. I use WP All Export. I try other export plugin but it’s not work at all.

    I assume you are trying to export orders? Where do you change the field? In the order or in the field settings?

    I changed the field on custom fields of product.
    When i export order, The order not found product’s custom field what i changed.

    Hi @canape

    When you change a field, it only affects new orders. Old orders will have the old information (from before you edited the field). With that in mind, it is normal that your export does not find the changed product field as you likely have no orders with it yet.

    New orders is affected too. Not only old orders.

    I think this plugin record like a post type right ? Can you tell me how to edit record field of this plugin ?

    I don’t understand how new orders are affected too. Can you reach out to the export plugin you use to ask them why it can’t find it? If they find the old label, they should also find the new.

    Woocommerce export plugin not found “CUSTOM NAME” field.

    I told you i change “Custom Name” field to “CUSTOM NAME” field.
    But the field still be “Custom Name”.
    Can you tell me how to fix the field record ?

    Hi @canape

    As I mentioned earlier, if you change a field name in the settings, the old orders are not updated. They still use the old field name.

    Your export plugin will only find the new field name if you have at least 1 order containing that field name. If they do not find it, you will have to contact the authors of the export plugin to ask why it does not appear.
