Export CSV only giving a file with column header

    Hi,
    when trying to import records I see on my list participants page, the ensuing file is only a list of column headings. Any idea why this is or what to look at first? The import csv works perfectly.

    Make sure you’re running the latest version of Participants Database and then check the settings under the advanced tab, make sure “Use PHP Sessions” is checked.

    I still have the issue with latest version of Participants Database, even with “Use PHP Sessions” checked. All the exports are blank and only with the columns headers.

    It’s possible PHP Sessions are not working in your case. You could try unchecking the setting, see if that helps. I’d also suggest you contact your web host and ask them if PHP sessions are working on your site.
