Export custom fields Ultimate Member

  • I want to use this plugin to export users maintained by Ultimate Member.

    I first created 2 test fields in the Ultimate Member About page which exported correctly. I then deleted those fields and started creating all the required profile About fields.

    However, when using the export option those 2 deleted fields keep showing up, and the newly created fields don’t. So, whenever I add fields to the user profile, it doesn’t show up in the export. When I try to specify these new columns in the Columns option field, I get an error.
    I did try over and over, and suddenly the new fields were there. Is there some background process updating the user meta fields?
    If I look at the Meta Fields tab, the newly added fields do show up.

    @bytefarmer,

    No, this plugin read from meta table (and user table also).

    If it does not appear, the problem were out of this plugin. Maybe in Ultimate Member? Maybe something in your server were caching the export result?
