    Hello,

We’re working with this plugin to export titles of a custom post-type from a clients website. We’ve enabled PDO Extensions on the server, as well have configured the plugin to what we believe is correct.

We’ve gone to the Plugin > Export tab and selected the “Custom Post Type” option. We’ve named the export file (for example) “export-1” and it loads a new page (blank) and doesn’t do anything at all. If I refresh the blank page, it downloads a blank .csv file.

I’d be interested in upgrading to a PRO version if it proved useful to us, but so far I’ve discovered it’s not doing what we’re wanting to do. Simply put, we want a simplified method of exporting a list of titles from a custom post-type so the client can easily review and share with others that may wish to have that text document.

    Any insight?

    Hello,

We managed to resolve the issue:

    1. Increased the memory.
    2. Increased PHP execution times.
    3. Increased Apache timeouts.

Discovered the issues in the error log on the server.

After increasing these values, the blank page resulted in a download.

Thanks for your prompt interest in assisting with our inquiries.
