Have you tried the “WooCommerce> Customers” option?

This will show you a list of all your customers including their name, email address, date registered, email, number of orders, total spend, country and more.

The phone number is not included in the CSV export file, however we do have an extension that includes it https://woocommerce.com/products/customerorder-csv-import-suite/?aff=10486&cid=1131038
