    Hi, my apologies for the delayed reply.

    If you are simply wanting to backup and restore data, use one of the PHP methods provided with the plugin in the Backup & Restore screen.

    In the Backup & Restore screen, you can download a CSV file containing all user meta data, for reporting purposes. However, presently, you cannot import or update user meta data via CSV; you can only download it.

    In a future version, I will add a feature which will allow you to import/update user meta data via uploaded CSV file.
