    The export script custom-content-type-manager/ajax-controllers/download_def.php doesn’t work if wordpress is not installed in the document root.

    We install WordPress in a /wp folder and the script is searching for require_once(‘../../../../wp-load.php’);

    You should get the WordPress install directory first and then load wp-load.php

    Regards
