Export entries as CSV with Hebrew (utf-8)

Hello,
1) trying to export the forms entries from the leads table.
The original content is in Hebrew and the exported CSV displays the entries as ×?×?×?×?
, no content is exported fine. Seems like encoding problem. You should let user choose the encoding or set commonly-used UTF-8 as default encoding.

2) when some (not all) entries are selected, the exporting brings all entries to the CSV instead only selected ones
