• Hello,

When I try to export my W3TC configuration, I get the following message in my browser :
    Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

And in the apache log of the server :
[http:error] AH02429: Response header name ‘Content-Disposition\xc2\xa0\xc2\xa0’ contains invalid characters, aborting request, referer: https://onechai.fr/wp-admin/admin.php?page=w3tc_general

I looked around a bit for what could cause this since it was not happening before, and don’t think that it is due to a W3TC update either. I downgraded to a previous release of W3TC where I didn’t have this problem and it made not difference.
The only hint that I could find is that my server updated to libpython3.6 around that time.

    Thanks for your help.
    Laurent

    Hello @lolobu

Thank you for reaching out and I am happy to assist you with this.
As you mentioned, the problem is with the python update and you can get this error if an exception is raised in a Python CGI script.
That’s UTF-8 encoded text and it should be opened as UTF-8.
You should reach out to your hosting provider for assistance.
The alternative way to backup the configuration is to make a backup of the /wp-content/w3tc-config/master.php file which contains the W3TC configuration.
    I hope this helps!
    THanks!

Thanks to confirm the reason of this issue ??
I’ll do with a backup of master.php, that’s fine for me.
    Thank you Marko.
