I use this plugin on multiple client websites… today it has failed across all the sites that it is installed when I go to create a backup. at first, I thought it was an issue with the site I was working on but the plugin is failing on all the websites that I try with the same error message…
Unable to export… unable to run the export… refresh the page and try again
It seems to go through the whole process archiving files all the way to 100% then dies on the screen for exporting the database. I can tell it is not an issue with the site for the fact that it is failing across multiple sites even after a clean removal and install of the plugin… any ideas??

I’ve seen this problem when the server does not have enough disk space.
    Try making space and retry.

One of my clients is on a server with unlimited web space… and still, have the issue. I checked at least 3 other sites where the plugin is failing and they are using less than half of their server disk space. Space is definitely not the issue.

I’ve written before about unlimited disk spaces. In short, they are a lie, marketing trick, etc.
If the disk space is not an issue, check server error logs and see if you determine the cause of the error.
Logs are located in /var/log on Linux systems.
The other possible issue is a plugin conflict. Try disabling some or all of the plugins and see if export is working.
You can then enable plugins one by one to find the conflict. If that’s the case, please report it here so we can fix it.
