Export failed (permissions error)

    Export failed: Could not create a file in /home/customer/www/website.com/public_html/wp-content/uploads/cr. Please check folder permissions.

    I checked in my file manager and set write permissions to all for the /uploads folder. the /cr directory does not appear to have been created yet.

    Export still fails. Any idea on what else I could try? TIA

    Thanks for trying our plugin and reporting this problem.

    Please update the plugin to the version 3.139 and check if it resolves the problem. If export still fails, please let me know.
