Export file error

When attempting to export my feedbacks file using firefox I get the following error:

Firefox kan het bestand op https://stophondenbelasting.wordpress.com/wp-admin/export.php?download=true&cat=0&post_author=0&post_start_date=0&post_end_date=0&post_status=0&page_author=0&page_start_date=0&page_end_date=0&page_status=0&content=feedback&submit=Exportbestand+downloaden niet vinden.

I am using a Dutch version of Firefox but the error is telling me that Firefox cannot find the file to download.

I am using wordpress.com and canot adjust any settings on the wordpress side.

Would appreciate all suggestions as I realy need to analyse the data submitted through feedback +/- 12000 items and growing fast
