Export File Not Legible

    Hi everyone,

    I created a subscription pop up with Pop up builder. When trying to export the subscribers list in an Excel file, it is getting exported with data that is unreadable.

    Can you you help me with this?

    Thank you for your response. The current version I have is 4.3.5, which I believe is the latest version. Please guide me on how I can sort this issue.

    same issue, looking to import from a staging website, says file is not compatible, both running Version 4.3.5

    getting

    Import WordPress

    Invalid file type.
