Export – FTP Directory not found

    Hi, I have setup an FTP profile to export. However, it keep stuck at exporting half way and alert “Specific directory could not be found”. I have already tried to create multiple folders on different path location. Can I know what is the default base path that the plugin export starts to capture from?

    Hi @jackson94,

    Please make sure the FTP path is correct. You can check for any missing preceding ‘/’.

    Hi, I am still unable to export using FTP option. I have try with/without the preceeding/trailing path “/”. Can I know that:
    1. Where does the folder (that needs to exist) needs to be created under? Which path?

    2. If my server requires VPN access, will this impact?
    ^but the WordPress functionalities are all working fine.
