Export Genesis Meta Title, Description, Keywords, etc.?

Just installed the SEO plugin on my blog and was wondering if there’s a way to export all the meta titles, meta descriptions, meta keywords and the canonical links into the SEO plugin?

All of the meta data for every single one of my posts on my blog had been filled in with this data, and now I’ve installed the SEO plugin it seems to have disappeared.

I’d hate to go back and re-do each of my posts, there’s a lot, so thinking there must be a way around this, right?
