    The SUMMARY iCal attribute which is typically used to specify the title of event (including by Google) shouldn’t contain any event details. (See source).

    If you’d like to get in touch and e-mail the downloaded iCal feed (via this form), I can take a look and check to see if other content is being is printed after the SUMMARY tag.

    (If it’s not, then presumably Google have made changes since it was lasted tested ;))
