Export/import configuration on another website

    Hi all

    I have set up a lot of customizations and now I have to move on another website. Is there a way to export/import all the configuration set up and all the customs fields/custom ticket fields ?

    I don’t need to export entries and I don’t want to clone the entire website.

    Hello Myriam,

    Thanks for contacting us. I hope you are doing well.

    Unfortunately, it is not possible to export/import only tickets or settings. If you want to import/export tickets to another site then you have to move the whole database from the old site to the new site.

    You can use any backup plugin for this. Click here to see backup plugins that are helpful to you.
