Export / Import file type?

  • Server host wants me to lower the data size on website.
    So I have to remove about half the sermons.
    They are all on MP3 Files locally. But the information such as titles , and other details are not.
    Figured the best way to do it is to export sermon browser so I have a way to restore if needed, and save the data of the sermon details.

    Only thing is when clicking export, it saves to an xml file.
    when opening , it looks like information but no images, MP3s etc.
    Is this correct ? and to restore do I have ot get this information back to media pages as correct names?

    while you export the sermons then it will have only information. Whole data is stored in the database. All media file is with your database. Don’t worry about the next future import.
