Export/import from live to development and back

    I have a WC site with products, user and orders that I cloned a few weeks for a protected rebuild.
    That version is done, but now well behind the parent site for users and orders.
    Can I pause the live site, export users & orders, and import them to the rebuilt site, then replace the live site?

    This plugin would only solve the users part but you will have problems with the orders, because even if you find a plugin to re-import them, you will have problems to reconnect users with the orders because the user ids will not match, because that is a data that the database increments consecutively.
