export import new domain

  • Unable to create directory /home/a3720046/public_html/wp-content/uploads/2011/02. Is its parent directory writable by the server?

    I get the above error when i try to import an exported backup to the new site, I have changed all the permissions to 777 and am still recieving this message.

    Is there anything else I can do?
