    Hello,

I think this is currently the best free theme out there. I’m planning to use it on all my websites. Is there a way to export and import the theme settings? It’s a pain customizing it again and again per site.

  • Hi @harmonyous, you can create an export of the theme and its settings using the Create Block Theme plugin. When the plugin is active navigate to Appearance > Create Block Theme > Export Twenty Twenty-Three

You can upload the export to another site as a theme. I hope that helps

Hello @thelmachido, thanks for that suggestion. I didn’t know that plugin exists. However, before I proceed doing it, I hope you can answer this dumb question of mine.
Will the exported theme be treated as a child theme? If I need to update them one by one everytime Twenty Twenty-Three updates, won’t that be self defeating?

Hi @harmonyous the theme you export will have the same name as the TT3 theme so you will be asked if you want to replace the current TT3 theme with what you want to upload. Hence the changes will be carried over.
Theme updates will not remove the changes you have done to your pages or templates, however, it’s always good to keep a backup of your site before an update.

It looks like it worked. Thank you very much.

Great! I am glad it worked, I will mark this as resolved for now
