Export/Import WP Comments Only

    Good afternoon, I manually re-created a website with hundreds of posts and now need to retrieve/export the comments from the old website and import them into the new website in development and connect them with the appropriate post. Since it is possible the post IDs won’t match, is there a way to properly map the comments to the right post using this plugin?

    I have since purchased the plugin and although the comments are showing to have exported, when I open the CSV in Excel, there are no records showing. Any insight is appreciated!

    You can match by the parent post slug or post title instead of IDs.

    Please replicate this issue on a debug site at https://www.wpallimport.com/debug/ and open a support request at https://www.wpallimport.com/support/ with the details. We’ll need to see the export settings and the database to understand what’s going wrong.
