Export Inbound Messages (Whole Thing)

I am changing from Contact Form 7 to another plugin and would like to stop using Flamingo. This is, when I attempted to export the old messages, it only exported the page I was viewing, not the actual messages. Is there a way to export the entire message, body and all, to excel before I uninstall?
