Export Issues for Events Registered

    Hi Mike,

    Hate to bother you again.

    I have some problems.
    Error #1)
    Fatal error: Out of memory (allocated 52166656) (tried to allocate 69158 bytes) in /homepages/14/d185101007/htdocs/mac/wp-content/plugins/phphtmllib/HTMLTagClass.inc on line 145

    Trying to do a MANAGE->ROSTER->EXPORT
    And getting this error message

    Error #2)
    Loading Event Group with events – Great. They load and Load with Meet ID ZERO as expected (hence no match to meet)
    Go to Meet tab. Load events, choose the group that contains events. It loads. Great. Now I have two sets of events (one with MEET ID ZERO and one with correct MEET ID number). Not a problem to have extra data as ZERO is the template to load.
    The issue is after registering the swimmer for the right events. They show on the report so META is OK. The HY-TEK export of the event roster list is not. Looks like only one record is showing and not looking correct?

    Thank you for the link to help with memory improvement but this is something special. The plugin is exporting records in 4 different ways. I have memory issues on 3 out of 4 ways.

    I have set memory limits to 128 and max to 256 – I think I may be over the limit on the settings. I think it can work with 64 once it I get this working with Mike’s help. I will turn the settings down until I see a memory leak or issue.

    wp-SwimTeam does export the roster in four different formats: RE1, HY3, SD3, CSV. Prior to v1.40-beta-3, wp-SwimTeam would also generate the roster as a HTML table on the Dashboard page when exporting CSV or RE1.

    The out of memory error you are reporting would only happen when generating CSV or RE1 formats because the call to HTMLTagClass.inc doesn’t make sense except when generating the HTML table.

    In the current beta version of wp-SwimTeam (actually, starting with beta-3), the HTML table is never generated when exporting the roster. The HTML table can still be generated when using the Report Generator.

    I need to know the exact steps you are doing when you get this memory error. Are you running the latest beta release or are you running the latest “official” release?

    Working with @gdisalvo I have fixed a number of bugs. There is a new beta release available which addresses several issues in particular with Meet Entries in HY3 format.

    Thank you to Mike for spending his time and energy getting this resolved quickly. This was very important to allow the coaches to submit a roster of swimmers to other coaches for external club events. Great work!

    Issue was that I had setting for swimmers to opt-in a particular event verse starting with the premise of everyone is in and only need to scratch out.

    Now it is resolved and working perfect. I loaded into TM and the results look great and match exactly. Also the other age group events that were not check were left alone. Very nice and helps with creating weekly event files.
