export not giving any data on spreadsheet

    Hello.
    when i try to export my forms data to CSV the sheet just comes blank or just with this data: ???

    I tried in 2 different servers, what can the problem be?

    Hi. Its english.. Ive tried another server with a new form, which i didnt do any modification, and it does the same

    Hi @armandolas,

    Just be clear, all the submitted data were regular characters, right?

    Can you tell me how are you viewing the CSV file, in Excel, Google Sheets, etc.

    Also, could you go to your Forms page, click on the Gear icon next to your form and select Export from there.
    It will open up a popup from where you can download the form itself.
    Can you upload that to any file sharing service like DropBox or GDrive and share the download link here so we can import it on our and end do couple of tests to see what might be going on?

    Yes. All regular caracters.
    Tried the file both on excel and google sheets.

    That’s strange… have you tried with another browser? I wonder if there’s a browser extension that could mess with that…

    Not sure I understand this, can you please elaborate a bit more?
    This seems like the default form that Forminator provides, is this the one you’re using? Please advise!

    Hi there,

    I’m having the same problem exporting submissions. The CSV file once downloaded and opened in Excel or Numbers shows either nothing or a single entry that looks like ?a?.

    Completed forms were submitted in english and submissions show correctly inside Forminator in WordPress. Looking forward to your reply.
