    My compliments for your excellent plugin, it has worked perfectly up till now.
    When I try to backup I get this message: “Export not possible The export could not be performed. Reload the page and try again”.
    I have tried the following:
    – Uninstall and reinstall the plugin.
    – made a new useraccount and tried to backupas the new user.
    Didn’t work.
    Please help me find the solution.

    Try to disable any security plugins and then try again

    Hello Yani, thanks for your reply. I’ve tried your suggestions but keep getting the same error-message.

    Usually, if you are using a security plugin, they have a firewall of some sort that is left active even if the plugin is disabled. You need to follow their instructions of disabling the plugin and its firewall.
    The other issue that I can think of is with the cache. You might need to clean the cache and then try again.

    Hello Yani, I only use loginizer, WPS hide login (and WP activity log) for security. Nothing with a fitewall. There’s no caching-plugin.

    The backup is working properly again.
    The only thing I have changed is increasing the memory limit in cpanel, could this be the cause of the problem?

    Yes, memory is sometimes an issue if it is too little.
