export not UTF8

What are you using to open the file?

I use excel.
I want to get the email of all buyer that buy product1.
when i export buyer information and opet it by excel, all information is ù…ù?ù…?§ù? except email address that is english.

Does it show up correctly if you open it in Google Docs?
