Export not working

    I need to export my site and ran the plugin, downloaded the csv file and delimited it with the default symbol^ The only thing that delimited was the top row of headings. The rest was an unorganized single column which did not adhere to the headings and can not be managed or organized in the current format. Am I doing something wrong or are the export features inaccurate/outdated? Thanks!

    Thanks for your message. If you haven’t already, please have a quick look at the first item in the FAQ.

    With that out of the way, the most common cause of the symptom you’ve reported is that your spreadsheet program is configured to expect a different delimiter or enclosure character than the ones used in your CSV.
