When I look under Tools | Export, Wordsearch is one of the options to export. (It’s in the middle of the list, which is not alphabetized for some reason.)
I exported the Wordsearch XML file, then installed the plugin on a different site, which also has the WordPress Importer plugin installed (https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/wordpress-importer/), and the puzzle I had created on the first site was installed on the second site.
The global settings were not copied over, however.
Both these sites are running WP 5.8, and the WordPress Importer plugin hasn’t be updated in a year, so that might be part of the problem. But it did copy over the puzzle, which is what you’re trying to do.
Worth trying, probably.
