    Hi !

Just noticed after not using the plugin for a while (couple of weeks) that the “Export” option is gone in my “All-in-one WP Migration” plugin menu. Import and Backup are still there but not the first one. And, when I try to “Create Backup” from the Backup page it takes me to a blank page and displays the following message : Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.

I tried a lot of things to no avail :

    – uninstalling, deleting and reinstalling
    – disabling all plugins
    – trying with newly created admin user
    – cleaning up the database with 2 different plugins

    So, I need help …

    Thanks,

    Francois

The user is missing the export capability.
There might be a plugin that removes this capability. Try disabling the plugins one by one and see if you can determine the one causing it.

    Hi !

As mentioned in my initial message I’ve already tried that and using a different admin user while all plugins were disabled.

I’m still missing the export option.

    Thanks,

    Francois

If the capability is deleted, creating a new admin user will not solve it.
You could install roles and capabilities plugin and check to see that export capability exists for the Administrator role: https://codex.www.ads-software.com/Roles_and_Capabilities

    Wow ! Thank you ! ??

I installed the “User role editor” plugin and after a few clicks was able to see that the “export” right was about the only thing not checked amongst all the other rights assigned to the Admin role. I checked it, saved, reloaded my page and the export option is now back.

    Thank you again !
