• Hello,

    I just downloaded and installed your plugin but there doesn’t seem to be any export options showing up in my form settings. I’ve tried multiple browsers but they just won’t show. How can I get them to show up?

    What export options are you referring to? Are you talking about all of the options?

    We have created a user account on our demo website for you to take a look at. The demo website is a complete copy of our live website which is having the issue.

    You can access the backend through demo.lienresearch.com/wp-admin and using these credentials:

    Hello again,

    After doing a little bit more troubleshooting it appears there’s a conflict with the GravityView plugin, once i deactivate the gravityview plugin, the autoExport options appear in the form settings. And then once i reactivate it, they disappear again.

    Hello again,

    I have another update. I am able to configure the export settings with gravity view disabled, re enable it, and the settings are still saved.

    However, even though the email sends successfully the attached file does not have any form data inside it. I tested the data with gravityview still disabled as well to see if it was another conflict but the file was still empty.

    It should contain 3 entries that I entered as tests earlier today.

    Hello,

    It now appears that one of our forms has been sending entry content in the emails successfully but there are still a couple of issues:

    1. The email that does send contains information for every form field even though only specific fields are selected

    2. I have tried configuring another email report for another one of our forms but that email does not contain any data even though there are entries from the previous day

    Which form are you referring to? Is this demo site still a copy of the live site?

    Let me look into these Gravity View issues and see if I can figure out what is going on.
