What other plugins and theme do you use on the site?

the theme i use is called ashe pro. i haven’t installed any new plugins or generally everything is still the way it worked before. it’s just that it hasn’t worked for years now.

I use: Honeypot for Contact Form 7, Contact Form 7 with flamingo

We have the same problem – we don’t have permission to export contact requests. but we haven’t changed anything and have the latest version of all themes and plugins
