Export Order button not working

My WooCommerce version is Version 2.2.10 and the button is still not working after selecting a range of dates and changing a range of settings.

I can update to WC 2.2.11 if you think that would work?

Please ensure that you are using latest version of plugin which is 1.1.2 and you can surely upgrade WooCommerce. I think new version of plugin should resolve issue for you. micro1979 in this thread was also having same issue and version 1.1.2 solve it. Please do not forget to clear your browser cache once you update both plugins.

Let me know after you do this.

I had this problem but it was intermittent, the second time it worked. I see there is a new WC update, 2.3 will it work ok with that?

Congratulations and thanks. It’s a fantastic plugin and does its job as described. There is one issue. It works when you login as admin, but as a store manager the export button does not work. Am also using a Role Editor plugin, but inspire of deactivating this plugin, it does not work for store manager role. Please suggest a hack.

I will fix this issue in upcoming version of plugin. However, can you please let me know if store manager capability user is able to view the Order Export settings page under WooCommece > Settings > Order Export ?

If yes, then please do following.

1. Go to /wp-content/plugins/woocommerce-simply-order-export/lib/ and open file order-export.php.

2. Go to function oe_download().

3. Replace following code:
current_user_can('manage_options')

with

current_user_can('manage_woocommerce')
