Export order Totals

Hi there,
Is there a way to export sales data so its “more simplified” for example say my shop sold 100 of item X and 100 of item Y in the space of a week and I pulled the sales data for that week, at the moment once it has exported it would show me 200 lines of sales for the example above,
Is there a way where it would just display 2 lines, Item X Sold 100 Item Y sold 100 (automatically adding the totals up for me during export)
