    Hi guys,

    I’m using the latest version of GraphFlow with WordPress memory of 256.

    Products (3198) exported perfectly upon entering Keys.

    However, exporting orders (200) keeps causing a White Screen of death after 3.2s

    I’m not sure what the error is, as there are 16 times the amount of products that were successfully exported.

    I’ve tried exporting the orders multiple times, but with the same issue. Any ideas?

    Thanks for letting us know.

    Is it possible to provide any debug log output at all? Also, please provide the output of the System Report, found under WooCommerce -> System Status) -> Get System Report button.

    I don’t have debugging enabled on this site for WordPress.

    However, I can provide you with a system report.

    Posting email addresses is really discouraged and that level of support is not really offered for a free plugin.

    That said, if the author does wish you to send info then perhaps he’ll post a contact URL?

    Hi Jan,

    Apologies for not following protocol. Noted for future.

    I have an account with Graphflow, which is currently on a 60 day free trial, as we have not decided whether to purchase the plugin.

    I’m not sure what level of support Nick and the team offer during the trial period, but I am sure I will find out.

    They do have a contact URL, so I will contact them through that if Nick advises so. I just would have prepared a direct email. However, I understand if this is discouraged.
