export posts posted today

Hello,

I would like to know, if its possible to only export posts posted on a blog today.
There is the following field – “Date”, however, i am not sure which value to use in order to filter latest posts only (posted today). I inserted now and the actual date ex. 2016-03-26, but neither had worked.
