Hi, My website is in Persian/Arabic (UTF8). I exported the comments but the UTF characters are cluttered and not displayed correctly. How can I solve it? Thanks

    Thanks Webtoffee,
I was only opening the CSV file, but have not tried to import the comments. After I imported the CSV everything was working perfectly and it was exactly as expected. Thank you for saving a lot of time for me.

    Hi @armin3000,

Great. Chances are that the application you use to open the CSV is opening it in a different encoding. Try using LibreOffice which will let you choose the encoding at the time of opening a file and you can choose UTF-8 to view the file properly.
