Export Spreadsheet is a blank page

Hello pault83,

Was it working earlier? Is this the first time you were using Export when it didn’t work?
Do you remember making any changes in the plugin files that might have caused this?
Also, do you think it is possible that one of your FAQ has a value that is corrupt or that might be breaking the functionality? Are you using special characters in your FAQ?

This is the first time I’ve ever tried it. I haven’t touched the plugin files.
There are only 30 FAQs and they’re quite short, no fancy characters. It works to PDF.

Could you make sure that you have the updated version of the plugin? If updating the plugin does not help with this issue, we suggest deleting the plugin completely as this might be an issue because of a corrupt file during your previous installation. Please note that your data will still be in the WordPress Database, however, we suggest taking a backup of your data and saving a screenshot of the settings that you have changed. Once you delete the plugin you can then install the latest version of the plugin to see if that works.

I deleted the plugin and installed it again, but there’s no change.

In case there is a conflict with another plugin, can you try disabling all plugins (except for UFAQ), then trying the Export, then reenabling the plugins one by one?

Same problem: ….?page=EWD-UFAQ-Options&DisplayPage=Export&Action=EWD_UFAQ_ExportToSpreadsheet
is not available.
Any help?
