Export submission – apply filter not work

Just to make sure: did you actually click “apply” in the filter settings first?

I mean: when you create filter you need to apply it first to the displayed submission list before you can apply it to export.

Yes, i did click apply filter before export and still not work.

When you apply filters are they working on the submission list properly? Or the problem is with this as well?
I’ve tested this on my lab site and there was no issue with exporting filtered submissions.

Yes i did apply filter and on submission list filterd data. but when export csv, it always export the whole data from beginning.

I think it’s the same issue with this forum. Export of filtered Submission | www.ads-software.com which may occur on some user.

The above has been already fixed in version 1.24, since you are using the latest version ie v1.29, it might be a different issue.

Is the issue specific to one form? or are you able to replicate the same with every form submissions?

Could you please share a screenshot of what you are looking to apply as filter and also share the form export, so that we could check further regarding this?

If you are concerned about any sensitive information in the form, then you can duplicate your form, remove any sensitive information, and then export it.

You can share the export file via Google Drive, Dropbox or any cloud services in the next reply.

hi,

I have look through aand close and reopen all plugin one by one. and found that one specific custom plugin is causing export filter not working.

But this plugin is crucial for custom payment gateway our website use so we couldn’t just deactivate it. what is your suggest on this. Should I send you the plugin code related to export function so you can help me fix this.
