Export Submissions Based on Checkbox Selected

    Is there a way to export submissions based on the checkbox selected?

    I am volunteering for a gardening club and we’re using Forminator to have people sign up for the events/jobs they wish to volunteer for. The problem I am running into is exporting gives me just a “checkbox” field that lists all the selected checkboxes separated by comma. What I want to do is be able to export everyone who has chosen checkbox A, then export everyone who has chosen checkbox B, and so on. This is so I can send a simple list to the person in charge of that event, letting them know who has volunteered for their project.

    Hi @fab4gal

    Not sure whether I fully follow your query, I suppose you are looking to export the submission based on the values selected?

    If yes, as a workaround, You could use the Submission filter under Forminator > Submission as shown in the following screenshot:

    And use the “Keyword” search field to filter the checkbox values according to that and then export the submission based on the filter selected.
