export text file of plugin zip URLs

Rather than export a backup of my plugins folder, I’m trying to export a text file (or just see the text on-screen) of the ZIP URLs for the plugins I have installed. This would let me edit the file to only include those I want to add to new deployments, and it would ensure that the latest version is installed, eliminating an extra step of then updating anything that has had an update since my last backup.

Is this possible through the plugin right now? I don’t see that option, but maybe I just missed it.
