Export Ticket to CSV problem

  • When we Export Ticket to CSV for the custom field, it cannot export correctly if a comma is part of the answer.

    For example,

    Address : 149, Good Will Road, United Kingdom

    It will become 3 lines as:

    Address : 149
    Good Will Road
    United Kingdom

    Please provide solution.
