    Hi,
    I installed “Export tickets” addon, but exported csv file is empty (0 bytes).
    I try to select all fields and individual or all tickets. Any suggestions?

    Hello,

    The tickets are exported according to your current filter. For example, if you want to export open tickets then apply a filter for open tickets and then export the tickets. It will export all open tickets. Also, go to export tickets settings and make sure you have selected custom fields in Agent Export Ticket List setting.

    If all settings are correct and still you are facing the issue please create a ticket on our support portal. One of our support agent will help you with this.
