Export to new theme from settings?

    What I want is to export the theme as it currently looks. It is extraordinarily modified using both the theme settings and the language files. The reason for this is I want multiple color schemes that the use may switch between using a plugin called “Toolbar Theme Switcher”. I have to have a theme set that uses the same widget setup, otherwise the widgets won’t show up in non-default themes. I would go manually export it to a separate theme, but I don’t know how. I could figure it out, but I wanted to see if there was a way to export it on it’s own.
