Export to Static HTML

Hi,

I’ve had a request to include my wordpress installation onto a CD and was wondering whether there was a way of exporting it to static HTMl pages.

The person in question doesn’t want to install apache, php etc for offline use and I’m not sure how it would work regarding passwords etc.

Anybody have any ideas?
