Call off the hounds! It’s now working. I’m not sure what changed…(I updated the Yoast SEO plugin and that’s all). Let’s hope it stays this way! hurray!

All my plugins are on their last version.

I first thought it could be a side effect of iTheme Security, but the problem is still here when i deactivate the plugin.

The plugin is still KO regarding my installation. Even if it was updated more than once since.

@usagiyojimbo I’m sorry we can’t seem to figure this out. If you haven’t already, try temporarily deactivating other plugins to see if any are causing an issue.

On the CFDB Options page, you can set a file for error output. Set a file there and try. I am not certain you will get any output but it may be worth a try.

Is there anything more you can tell me about the error you see in the browser?

    Hi All and Michael,
For me, it is because the Spout package uses sys_get_temp_dir() to get the temp directory for output. That may not work in shared environments or some virtual hosts that use open_basedir restrictions. For me, /tmp is the default system temporary folder, but it is beneath the open_basedir restriction.

I suggest to create an issue in the Spout project: https://github.com/box/spout/issues
