Export Tool > All Content – Site can’t be reached

If you have a lot of content, the exporter could be timing out.
Did you try exporting a smaller set of data, like a date range or a category?

Thanks for your reply, I have a feeling it’s timing out.

However, I’m trying to follow requirements provided by Shopify. We have to export All Content, rather than invididual pieces.

Is there any way to aggregate an xml file, so when I submit it to Shopify it will read as a complete file?

There are plugins that export data to your choice of CSV or XML. But it seems that they would have the same timing constraints.
You could look into increasing the timeout value. There is a value for cron described here: https://www.ads-software.com/support/article/editing-wp-config-php/#disable-cron-and-cron-timeout
but you probably have to set max_execution_time in the php.ini file.

I am having same issue as described above,If I export only products and pages, it works fine but when try to export all contents, gets below error.
