Export User Meta to Excel/CSV

I’ve searched pretty well through the previous posts with no luck. I’m looking for a plugin that would do two things, or a way to do it manually. I’ve added more form fields to the User Meta, and I want to be able to export all that information into a CSV or Excel file. The exporter from PHP MyAdmin groups everything into separate chunks. In other words, it makes it difficult for me to create a mail merge because all the tags are in multiple places in the same columns. If there is no plugin, is there a way to group items with similar tags together in excel?

Second, is there a plugin that would allow me to mass create users from and Excel document? I want to import information into the database and create users for each row. I’ve tried importing a few into PHP MyAdmin, but I keep getting errors.
