    Thanks for getting in touch with and sorry for the delay in the response.

    If you are still facing the issue of export getting stuck then please share the fatal error log and system status report so that we can check it. Also, try reducing the export batch count and check. By default the export batch count will be 30.

    Regarding exporting Excel format, it is one of our premium features. Please check out the pro version plugin to export the file in XLSX or XLS format.
