Export XLM file is 0 bytes and empty

  • If i enable the “Export media with selected content” option when i got to export, the downloaded file is 0 bytes and empty. if I uncheck “Export media with selected content” in the export screen, i get a good xml file. is there anything that can be done to fix this?
